Key responsibilities:

  • Month End Accounting tasks such as AP reconciliation, payments processing, fixed asset reporting and reconciliation;

  • Weekly Accounting tasks such as prepare quality of earning report, opening balance sheet report, joint venture distribution calculation report, online revenue reconciliation report, operating cash matching report;

  • Lease Accounting tasks such as perform monthly financial close process, prepare monthly activities including rent payments, journal entries related to lease expenses and accruals

  • Quarterly Accounting task such as inventory counting process (night shift) and AR conversion;

  • Other accounting tasks required by the clients;

  • Perform internal audit within the assigned tasks to ensure quality of work;

  • Other tasks as assigned by clients/ team leads/ managers.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Ensure the service is delivered in timely and accurate manner while maintaining good relationship with the client;
  • Sustain a consulting mindset when working with clients, enjoy solving complex problems and working collaboratively with clients to achieve their goals.
  • Assist in internal trainings (technical or soft skills) within the team



Must have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Economic/Finance or equivalent

  • 1-2 year experience in Accounting/Finance field

  • Can perform advanced function on MS Excel

  • Intermediate English communication skills (speaking, listening, reading and writing)

  • Has knowledge on basic finance and accounting principles and functions

Nice to have:

  • Familiar with US accounting standards

WORK LOCATION: 9th Floor, Ree Tower, 9 Doan Van Bo, Ward 13, District 4, HCMC

WORKING HOURS: 2PM – 11PM (Monday – Friday)
