Business Development Director

Innovature Consulting Limited is looking for Sales Director to join our Growth team.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and be responsible for annual revenue target and develop strategies for driving sales growth across the business and to each sales individual
  • Responsible for personal target and team target by initiating sales approach and develop sales volume/ KPI to international markets, including U.S.A, Australia and Europe
  • Manage performance of team members, including sales target, sales revenue, incentive plan and reconciliation and human issues
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and propose long term plans in order for the organization to be well prepared for future changes and sustain on-going growth.
  • Create Sales Team Action Plan to achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly target
  • Provide training soft skills to sales team
  • Handle and solve complaints from individual customer pipeline regarding to product quality, delivery time, debt collection
  • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained
  • Manage proposals, submissions and bids. Work with Marketing Department in developing materials and ways to promote business to new potential clients.
  • Coordinate with Operations to complete the service and meet the customers’ expectation
  • Act as a key contact for all customer accounts and monitor customer satisfaction with existing clients to ensure service delivery
  • Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas
  • Work with HR Department to ensure the recruitment and retention of highly motivated and well-trained staffs

Qualifications

  • At least 08 to 10 years’ experience in the B2B sales, and/ or outsourcing, BPO, business services companies
  • At least 5 years in management role, from Manager to Director level
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or marketing experience with good achievements
  • Strong management and leadership skills
  • Excellent command of English
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, open-minded and result-driven, skillful in speaking, presentation, and problem-solving skill

From 9AM – 6PM Monday through Friday.
