Innovature Consulting Limited is looking for Financial Analysts to join our Accounting/Finance team to serve U.S clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare Quality of Earnings (“QoE”) workbook template by formatting monthly financials (income statement and balance sheet) into a standardized format that we will communicate. The monthly financials will be accessed using QuickBooks backups.
  • Prepare monthly gross wages by employee for all months (anywhere from 24 to 36 months) within QoE workbook template period using payroll reports. The total for each period should tie back to the payroll reports.
  • Prepare a payroll reconciliation for all periods in the QoE (two full years and a trailing twelve months (“TTM”) period) using the income statement.
  • Prepare a revenue reconciliation using revenue from the hospital income statement, charges data from the hospital’s practice management system, cash recorded on the balance sheet, and bank statements provided. The cash reconciliation will be performed for the trailing twelve months period only.
  • Map the income statement accounts to standard accounts that will be provided.
Qualifications:
  1. Education background: Bachelor’s Degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, or other analytical major.
  2. Working experience: 1-3 years of experience working in Accounting/Finance field
  3. Language requirement: Proficient in ENGLISH both in speaking and writing
  4. Intermediate to Advanced level of MS Excel skills

Work location: Copac Square Building, 12 Ton Dan, Ward 13, District 4, HCMC
Working hours: from 2PM – 11PM Monday through Friday. Only serious candidates that are able to work during night-time or has experience in working night shifts are welcome to submit application.
