POSITION: GRAPHIC DESIGNER

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Study design briefs and determine requirements;
- Schedule projects and conceptualize visuals based on requirements;
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas;
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using design software;
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic;
- Work with the Marketing team to produce the final design;
- Test graphics across various media;
- Amend designs after feedback;
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand;
- Handle design tasks for other departments in the company;
- Handle retouching/ editing and QC tasks when required.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to undertake marketing projects for the benefit of our company. You will design graphics, UI and other marketing materials for the company website, social campaigns, and online/ offline events that can make a difference in our company’s success according to trends and clients’ requirements. The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the client’s interest in our services in ways that strengthen our brand reputation and facilitate our continuous growth.
- Degrees in Graphic Design, UI/ UX design or relevant discipline;
- Proven graphic designing experience, 2-year+ experience as a Graphic Designer is a plus;
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics;
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD). Ability to produce videos with expertise software (such as Adobe Premier, Filmora, Camtasia) is a plus;
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Good communication and people skills;
- Good organizational and time-management abilities;
- Creativity and commercial awareness;
- Communicative English is required, English proficiency is a plus.
