Job fairs usually seem to target those looking for employment, or people fresh off the graduation podium. Most Companies at this time prefer to source candidates through online application. As an employer, this may or may not be all that attractive. However, job fairs aren’t necessarily all about the talent pool. So why we shouldn’t miss the chance participating Job Fairs:
- Large number of candidates in on-stop. The events give employers the chance to recruit employees who are educated in specific subject areas. Job fairs can increase the number of resumes and applications companies receive from candidates who are actually qualified for the positions they need to fill.
- You can increase brand awareness. Whether you are open for position or not, its always a good idea to introduce your company by expanding your connections starting from the Universities.
- Meet and Direct hire people. One good thing in Job fair is you can hire someone on the spot right after the mock interview. A lot of Corporations looking for a talent during the fair, what you need to do is find the perfect one for your Company.
- Expand your connections with other corporations. Attending Job fairs are not only for those looking for employment, this is also a way to meet other companies and professionals.
Recently, Innovature Team participated in the Job Fair at University of Social Science and Humanities, Thu Duc Campus with the theme of “OVER THE CHALLENGES” – “EXPLORE THE CHALLENGE, CREATE SUCCESS” last April 7, 2021.
