Marketing Manager

Innovature BPO is looking for Marketing Manager to join out team.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Management role of digital marketing, B2B service experience is a plus
  • Deep understanding of SEO technical landscape and trends
  • Excellent in English, Googless Adwords, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, SEO/SEM, and other digital MKT platforms, tools
  • Proven accountability for conducting quantitative and qualitative market research, marketing funnel growth, revenue KPIs conversion/ campaign ROI
  • Excellent at copywriting and creative ideas with the ability to articulate thoughts well
  • Strong leadership skill set
  • Excellent analytical mindset, critical thinking, result driven
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills and cross functional collaboration

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the Marketing function to build an effective team, including designer and content creator, establish the criteria/ metrics for success, monitor and ensure the marketing performance
  • Create marketing strategy to drive the brand and business growth, strengthen the branding e-presence in the market, develop brand visual aids and video/ interactive ads
  • Create SEO plan and manage execution from content creator and IT, include on-page and off-plan activities.
  • Formulate and implement all digital marketing and media campaigns including SEM, Display, Email marketing and Social
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) and budget controlling
  • Identify trends and insights, identify market growth opportunities and positioning company brand and services
  • Survey and analyze growth opportunities from new and existing client pipelines. Know how to optimize client cycle and suggest after sales services by securing business alignment with customers and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Doing periodic research for competitor analysis
  • Conduct internal communication activities to foster company culture and internal brand advocacy
  • Develop B2B partnership and other ad hoc.
  • Responsible for handling other tasks assigned by Company
