“Employees who believe that management is concerned about them as a whole person – not just an employee – are more productive, more satisfied, more fulfilled. Satisfied employees mean satisfied customers, which leads to productivity.”
We understand that finding staff can be challenging but keeping staff can be equally as tough. We care to hire the best talents, and once we have them, we want to keep them. These are why we have two main goals in retaining talents:
Continuous creating Career Growth opportunity
Establishing a rewarding but discipline Working Culture.
For Career Growth, we show our employees how we trust them by giving them responsibilities that allow them to grow. Employees are always encouraged to gain new skills from advanced tasks, cross department skill exchange program, etc. We focus on hiring from within wherever possible and give generous promotions at appropriate times.
For a rewarding but discipline working culture, we activate Employee Recognition Program frequently, such as Spirit award, Best Employee of the Year, Best Team of the Year, lunches with management, logo clothing, company outing day, weekend cycling, handwritten notes, birthday card celebrating in social media, etc. Despite the hard economy, we still provide sufficient time for sick days, family vacations, new babies, etc. Those rewarding activities allow our employees to understand the appreciation from company, but we also expect our employee to strictly perform the company code of conducts that play as the backbone of the company development guidelines.
