Sales Representative

Innovature Consulting Limited is looking for Sales Representative to join our Growth team.

Responsibilities

  • Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by the company
  • Procuring new clients through cold-calling, direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with other teams.
  • Initiate sales approach and develop sales volume/ KPI to international markets, including U.S.A, Australia and Europe
  • Be able to work in B2B sector, including company’s BPO/ outsourcing services, such as Photo and Video Editing, Data Entry, Customer Services, Finance and Accounting services
  • Create Individual Sales Plan to achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly target
  • Handle and solve complaints from individual customer pipeline regarding to product quality, delivery time, debt collection
  • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.

Qualifications

  • Has 1 year working experience in sales, B2B experience is a plus
  • Proven professional selling skills and being sales-oriented
  • Excellent command of English
  • Able to work under high pressure
  • Self-motivated, open-minded and result-driven, skillful in speaking, presentation, and problem-solving skill

Working hours

From 9AM – 6PM Monday through Friday.
