OUR JOURNEY
2015
Company set up in Vietnam with 3 employees in the Accounting team, working as an offshore team to the U.S market.
2016 - 2017
New offshore Customer Service team set up to support the U.S market.
2018 - 2019
Explored UK and Korean markets, new offshore Data Entry and Customer Service teams launched.
Expand offshore Accounting team to support clients in Singapore.
2019 - 2020
Explored Australia and New Zealand markets, new offshore Post Production services launched.
Set up new office branch in Cebu City, Philippines, to attract a new talent base.
2021 - 2022
Innovature BPO has been selected as one of the recipients of HR Asia – Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2021 (Vietnam Edition).
This award is given to companies with the best HR practices, high levels of employee engagement, and excellent workplace cultures.
2022 and onwards
We aim to be Vietnam’s top BPO company in Finance & Accounting Services and expand our BPO services into other industries.

Innovature BPO has successfully proven that our Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) for our Business Process Outsourcing and Post Production Service are being maintained effectively under ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standards.
Once again, this awarded certification demonstrates our commitment as a premier BPO provider.
As part of our continuous efforts to provide our clients and partners with the highest standard of Information Security, we ensure international standards of protection in our intellectual Accounting property, Financial database, Call Center contact list, sensitive electronic data, and digital files as well as our clients’.
About ISO/IEC 27001:2013
ISO 27001 is the international standard which is recognized globally for managing risks to the security of information an organization holds. Certification to ISO 27001 allows a company to prove to its clients and other stakeholders that they are managing the security of their information.
ISO 27001:2013 (the current version of ISO 27001) provides a set of standardized requirements for an ISMS, including the following seven sections:

We are one of the 115 recipients of HR Asia’s ‘Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2021′ Award, Vietnam Edition. This award recognizes companies that have shown world-class HR practices, high levels of employee engagement and workplace excellence, while displaying demonstrable empathy and care for their employees.
About the Award
For the first time ever, over a hundred Vietnam based companies have been named the ‘Best Companies to Work for in Asia’ by HR Asia.
Buoyed by a resurgent economy and a more competitive talent market, companies in Vietnam are pulling out all the stops to attract and retain their top talents. A total of 115 companies won the awards this year, compared to 66 last year.
Among the participating countries this year, Vietnam have the most number of winners, ahead of Taiwan with 96 winning companies. This is the fourth year that the awards are held in Vietnam.
This year, 30,000 employees from 581 companies in Vietnam responded to HR Asia’s proprietary Total Engagement Assessment Model (TEAM) survey. The in-depth analysis provided companies with a unique 360-degree insight into their employees’ engagement, motivation and expectations as well as comparative data against industry and market averages.
