On 14th September 2023, the Innovature Company Meeting for H1- 2023 was a significant event where we celebrated our achievements, shared insights, and laid the foundation for an exciting future. This event provided a unique opportunity for our team to connect, collaborate, and foster innovation.
We reflected on our journey thus far, highlighting the milestones we had achieved as a company. Furthermore, we explored new horizons, setting the stage for the next chapter in our collective success story. Together, we charted a course towards even greater accomplishments, building on the innovative spirit that defined Innovature. It was a chance for everyone to be part of our inspiring journey and shape our tomorrow.
Periodically, we’ve reintroduced teams to each other, ensuring that we stay updated on team members and headcounts. The eagerly anticipated and central focus of these reintroductions has been the presentation of results, accomplishments, and opportunities for improvement to enable more robust growth and progress.
Our Client Services Operation Manager – Nam Nguyen shared insights about our CSS team’s outstanding performance and contributions.
Our CSS team leaders, Richard, Paul, Alice, and Tristan, revealed the challenges they’ve encountered and the remarkable achievements they’ve accomplished.
Our Director of Client Services, Quang Doan, discussed the strategies and objectives for the second half of the year.
Sebastien Thillaye, our Director of Growth, provided insights into our sales and marketing activities.
Yume Dang, our newly joined Finance and Accounting Associate Director shared the latest updates from Finance and Accounting department, including our upcoming priorities aimed at boosting work efficiency.
Lucia Le, our HR Manager, discussed the recent department restructuring and shared the notable achievements and department’s priorities for 2H, 2023.
Ms. Thuy Doan, the Founder and CEO of Innovature BPO, concluded the presentation with an inspiring address. She offered words of encouragement and motivation, rallying all of us as Innovature team members to work tirelessly and strive for our collective growth goals.
In the first half of the year, the SAO awards celebrated three standout individuals from different departments: Kylie Nguyen from Growth, Kim Duong from Finance and Accounting, and Paul Le from CSS. They impressed us with their exceptional work, positive attitudes, and professionalism, earning nominations from their Department Heads and Managers as deserving finalists.
And the winner is Paul Le, truly deserving of this honor for his hard work and unwavering dedication.
As we also celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival, we’ve shared the joy with our employees through mooncake gifts. Wishing all a delightful Company Meeting and a happy Mid-Autumn Festival! Looking forward to seeing everyone again next year!
