Refer your friend to us - and earn your rewards
Do you know someone with the drive and skills to make a real difference? Whether it’s a friend, colleague, or family member ready to take their career forward, introduce them to Innovature BPO.
When your referral lands them a role at Innovature, you get to celebrate their success and earn 1,500,000 VND as our thanks.
How It Works
Referring is straightforward. Just 3 simple steps:
-
Step 1:
Submit your friend’s details using the button on the right.
-
Step 2:
Indicate what role your friend is interested in applying.
-
Step 3:
When your friend gets hired and starts with us, we’ll send you 1,500,000 VND.
Terms and conditions
Of course, like any reward scheme, there are some terms and conditions. But here’s the best part: there’s no limit to the number of friends you can send our way. You can refer as many friends as you like and you’ll receive a reward each and every time one of them scores a new role with us.
