Empowering Future Professionals: Innovature at THE NEXT EMPLOYEE 2025

On March 31, 2025, Innovature BPO proudly participated in THE NEXT EMPLOYEE 2025 career event, hosted by Open University. As one of the event’s industry partners, our mission was clear: show up for students in meaningful ways, not just to recruit, but to inspire, support, and share real insights into life after graduation.

Our Talent Acquisition & Management Team was on-site throughout the day, creating a friendly and helpful space for students curious about the professional world.

A Booth with Purpose

Instead of filling our booth with generic brochures, we made it a place for real conversations. We met students who were eager to learn but unsure where to start. Some had never spoken to a recruiter before. Others had CVs ready to go but didn’t know if they were on the right track.

Here’s what we did:

  • Set up a welcoming booth that invited questions and casual chats
  • Scanned and reviewed student CVs on the spot, offering personalized feedback
  • Provided one-on-one consultation, focusing on job application readiness, interview tips, and professional growth paths in the BPO and outsourcing industry

Throughout the event, we had the chance to guide more than 20 students, a number that might sound small, but each conversation was meaningful, honest, and student-driven.

Why These Conversations Matter

At Innovature, we don’t see these events as checkbox exercises. We see them as windows into what students need most: clarity, confidence, and connection.

Many of the students we spoke with shared the same concern: “What if I’m not ready?”
Our answer was always the same: “No one starts fully ready. What matters is your willingness to grow.”

That’s the mindset we encourage in our team, and it’s the same message we want to share with future professionals, especially in fast-paced environments like BPO, where adaptability and a learning attitude are just as important as technical skills.

Planting Seeds, Not Just Collecting CVs

While we welcomed those who were interested in Innovature internships, we didn’t measure success by how many CVs we collected. We measured it by how many students walked away feeling more equipped and less anxious about their next steps.

We spoke about:

  • The reality of starting a career in BPO and finance
  • How internships at Innovature work, including mentorship and learning support
  • What recruiters notice in a fresh graduate’s application and what’s less important than people think

One of our favorite moments? When a student said, “I wasn’t sure if I had what it takes. But now I know where to focus and how to move forward.” That’s the kind of impact that keeps us going.

A Glimpse into Our Culture

We also used the opportunity to introduce students to our company culture. We’re a place where learning is part of the everyday, where feedback is encouraged, and where interns aren’t just observers — they’re contributors.

By sharing stories from our own team members, we helped students imagine what it would feel like to work at a company that values growth, support, and shared success.

This is a message we carry across all our employer branding activities:

More Than a One-Time Event

The Next Employee 2025 wasn’t just a date on the calendar for us. It was part of our ongoing commitment to nurturing young talent in Vietnam and across Asia. Events like these help us stay grounded in what matters most: supporting the people behind the resumes.

We believe that companies grow stronger when they invest in future professionals early, when they listen to their concerns, and when they show up consistently and sincerely.

What Comes Next

Some of the students we met may one day join Innovature. Others may go in different directions. Either way, we’re proud to have played a small role in helping them move forward.

We’ll continue to be present at events like these — to share, to support, and to remind students that they’re not alone. Their future is full of possibilities, and we’re here to cheer them on.
