Strategic Alignment: Semi-Annual Company Meetings

Our semi-annual gatherings provide a vital opportunity to reflect on our accomplishments, share innovative ideas, and strategize our path to becoming a global leader in the BPO industry. These sessions foster a highly productive environment, sparking creative solutions and reinforcing our commitment to excellence.

H1-2024 Company Meeting: Highlights & Goals

Held on July 25th, the H1-2024 company meeting kicked off with an enjoyable musical performance by Harry (Accounting team) and Sam (Customer Service team), setting a delightful and collaborative atmosphere. During the departmental presentations, managers provided comprehensive overviews of their teams’ operations and identified key areas for growth:

• Growth & Marketing: Co-founder and CGO Ms. Ella, along with Associate Marketing Manager Mr. Sun Nguyen, highlighted remarkable marketing performance. The first half of 2024 was defined by winning two Silver Stevie Awards and being officially certified as a Great Place to Work.
• Client Services (CSS): Director of Client Services Quang Doan emphasized the adoption of new technologies and the successful implementation of a hybrid work model across all teams to optimize employee flexibility.
• Finance & Accounting: Chief Accountant Kim Duong and Accounting Services Manager Rachel Truong reported exceeding client expectations, allowing the department to secure additional projects and expand headcount.
• Human Resources: HR Manager Lucia Le briefed the company on talent acquisition partnerships with top universities (UEF, Fulbright, Huflit). Most notably, HR launched the DEIA (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility) team to ensure equal opportunities are embedded in our organizational DNA.

The meeting was anchored by an inspiring address from CEO Ms. Thuy Doan, who expressed sincere gratitude to the team and presented Long Service Awards to dedicated members who have been with Innovature for over three years.

H2-2023 Company Meeting: One Goal, Unified Growth

Reflecting on the latter half of the previous year, the H2-2023 company meeting focused heavily on unified growth. Beyond standard departmental updates, this session marked a significant shift toward giving back to the community. We officially established a dedicated CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) committee to ensure that as our business grows, our positive impact on the local community grows with it.

Celebrating Excellence: Year-End Parties

YEP 2023: The Power of One

In the heart of vibrant Ho Chi Minh City, the Innovature BPO team gathered at the Liberty Central Saigon Riverside Hotel to celebrate YEP 2023. Under the theme “The Power of One,” the night was a heartfelt tribute to the individual strengths that collectively drive our corporate success.

The formal event began with an uplifting speech by CEO Thuy Doan, which set a tone of gratitude. The highlight of the evening was the annual awards ceremony, which recognizes the extraordinary dedication of our staff:

• Double Victory for Kim Duong: Our Chief Accountant was awarded both the Semi-Annual Outstanding Employee (SAO) H2 Award and the highly prestigious Employee of the Year (EOY) award for her meticulous financial management.
• Innovaturer Spirit Award: Presented to HR Manager Lucia Le for her relentless efforts in creating a supportive, positive workplace atmosphere and reinforcing core HR policies.
• Leadership Award: Awarded to Director of Client Services Quang Doan for his exceptional ability to nurture his team and maintain top-notch service quality.

The night concluded with fun pageant titles, including “Miss Grand Innovature,” and a highly anticipated lucky draw where team member Hazel Bui took home the grand prize of gold.

Building Stronger Teams: Leadership Retreats

2024 Leadership Retreat: Nature Venture

A successful company requires a highly aligned management team. To foster this, Innovature’s leaders embarked on an annual leadership retreat to the scenic, tranquil province of Binh Thuan. Themed “Nature Venture,” the getaway was designed to test physical endurance, require seamless teamwork, and allow leaders to deeply connect on a personal level away from the stress of the workplace.

The retreat featured a mix of land and water activities, including highly competitive archery contests and thrilling paddleboarding sessions. By stepping away from their usual corporate seriousness, our leaders embraced the opportunity to laugh, let loose, and infuse the atmosphere with a refreshing burst of energy.

Beyond the physical challenges, the serene landscapes of Binh Thuan provided a perfect backdrop for mental rejuvenation. Our leaders returned to the Ree Tower with a renewed sense of purpose, greater clarity, and the cohesive strength needed to drive Innovature’s continued global success.

Throughout the year, smaller traditions also help bring that culture into everyday work. Our Mid-Autumn Festival celebration at Innovature BPO is one example of how we create moments of appreciation and connection for our people.
