Celebrating Mid-Autumn Festival at Innovature BPO

Celebrating Mid-Autumn Festival at Innovature BPO
As the Mid-Autumn Festival approaches, mooncakes begin appearing in homes and workplaces across Vietnam. More than a seasonal tradition, the occasion is a time to reconnect, share appreciation and spend meaningful moments with the people around us.
At Innovature BPO, we marked this year’s Mid-Autumn Festival with a simple gesture for our employees: sharing mooncake gifts across the team as a thank-you to the people behind our everyday work.

A Small Gift With a Meaningful Message
For many people in Vietnam, the Mid-Autumn Festival, or Tết Trung Thu, brings familiar traditions: lanterns, mooncakes and time spent with family and friends.
The mooncake itself has long been associated with reunion and togetherness. That made it a fitting way for Innovature to recognize our people during this special time of year.
Each gift was prepared and shared with our employees as a small expression of appreciation for their contribution throughout the year.
Behind every project delivered, customer supported and operational challenge solved are people working across different teams and responsibilities. While major achievements deserve to be celebrated, we also believe recognition can happen through much smaller moments.
Sometimes, it can be as simple as sharing a mooncake.
Celebrating the People Behind Our Work

As a BPO company, much of our work is measured through operational outcomes: service quality, accuracy, responsiveness, productivity and client satisfaction.
But those outcomes begin with people.
Every day, Innovaturers work across functions including Finance & Accounting, Customer Experience, Data & Analytics, Digital Marketing and other business operations to support clients across international markets.
That requires more than technical knowledge. It also requires collaboration, consistency and the willingness to support one another when priorities change or new challenges emerge.
Occasions such as the Mid-Autumn Festival give us an opportunity to step outside the normal rhythm of projects, meetings and deadlines and simply recognize the people making that work possible.
The celebration did not need to be elaborate. What mattered was the opportunity to share something familiar and meaningful with colleagues.
Keeping Local Traditions Part of Our Workplace
Working with international clients means Innovature operates in an increasingly global environment. Our teams collaborate across markets, cultures and time zones every day.
At the same time, maintaining a connection with the traditions of the communities where our people live and work remains important to us.
Celebrating occasions such as the Mid-Autumn Festival is one way we keep that connection visible in the workplace.
These moments also contribute to the employee experience we want to build: one where professional growth and performance are accompanied by recognition, connection and opportunities to share experiences beyond day-to-day responsibilities.
Throughout the year, that philosophy extends to different employee activities, company gatherings and internal initiatives designed to bring colleagues together.
Each activity may look different, but the intention remains consistent: creating opportunities for people to connect with the organization and with one another.
Thank You to Our Innovaturers

This Mid-Autumn Festival, we would like to thank every Innovaturer for the energy, commitment and care you bring to your work.
Whether you have been part of Innovature for years or have only recently joined the team, your contribution is part of the company we continue to build.
We hope the mooncakes bring a little sweetness to your celebration and give you another reason to spend time with the people who matter to you.
From everyone at Innovature BPO, we wish our employees, clients, partners and their families a warm and joyful Mid-Autumn Festival.
Happy Mid-Autumn Festival!
