Innovature BPO At FTU: Empowering Future Leaders

In March 2023, Innovature BPO proudly served as the Diamond Sponsor of one of FTU’s most anticipated student business competitions. Far more than just a name on a banner, our involvement reflected a deep commitment to supporting the development of future business leaders through mentorship, coaching, and high-level evaluation.

This partnership showcased how business and education can come together to create real impact, and how employer branding goes beyond recruitment when it’s grounded in purpose.

A Multi-Faceted Contribution

Innovature’s role spanned three impactful areas:

• Training Coach: Our team conducted hands-on training sessions for contestants, offering practical guidance on everything from market analysis and financial modeling to communication and leadership. The goal wasn’t just to prepare students for the competition, it was to give them real-world knowledge that would serve them well in their future careers.
  

• Judging Panel: Our representatives also served as judges, offering insightful and objective evaluations of student teams. With deep experience in operations, finance, and HR, they brought a professional perspective to the table, helping students receive meaningful, constructive feedback that would stretch their thinking and sharpen their strategies.
  

• Strategic Sponsorship: As the Diamond Sponsor, Innovature supported the event both financially and professionally, contributing to its success at every stage. But our support wasn’t just about resources, it was about raising the bar for what a student competition can deliver when paired with industry expertise.
  

The Experts Behind the Impact

Our contributions were led by three core team members, each bringing a unique perspective:

• Ms. Lucia Le, Talent Acquisition and Management Manager
  Shared insights on team collaboration, leadership, and talent readiness during both coaching and judging rounds.
  
• Mr. Nam Nguyen, Sales Operation Manager
  Provided practical business lens evaluations for contestant strategies and offered advice on market-fit thinking.
  
• Ms. Jen Le, Finance and Accounting Manager
  Guided students through the financial viability of their ideas and helped them refine budget models and resource planning.
  

Each of them served not only as professionals but as mentors, encouraging students, challenging their assumptions, and recognizing high-potential talent.
