HUFLIT Livestream: Career Guidance – Innovature BPO

On May 29, 2024, Innovature BPO went beyond the traditional career fair setting and connected with students at HUFLIT through an interactive livestream session. It was a fresh, modern way to reach students where they are, right on their screens, and offer valuable insights into job opportunities, workplace culture, and what it’s like to be part of the Innovature team.

This session marked another highlight in our growing partnership with HUFLIT and reinforced our commitment to student career development.

Opening the Conversation Online

The livestream was hosted by two of our dedicated team members:

• Heulwen Nguyen, Talent Acquisition Executive
• Ms. Lucia Le, Talent Acquisition and Management Manager
  
  

Together, they created a relaxed and approachable online space where students could ask questions freely and get immediate, honest answers. The goal wasn’t just to present information, it was to spark a dialogue.

We know that not every student can attend on-campus events, and livestreams are a great way to make career support more accessible. No need to dress up or walk across campus, just log in and learn.

What We Shared

Throughout the session, our team covered three key areas that matter most to students preparing for their careers:

• Current Job and Internship Opportunities: We introduced available roles at Innovature for students and fresh graduates, especially in fields like accounting, data processing, and customer operations. Our speakers explained the types of tasks interns might take on and what we look for in candidates.
  
• Workplace Culture and What to Expect: Students were curious about what it’s like to work at Innovature, from the day-to-day atmosphere to growth paths for early-career professionals. We shared what sets us apart: a supportive team culture, structured onboarding, and plenty of room to grow.
  
• Student Q&A – Real Questions, Real Talk: The Q&A session was a standout. Students asked thoughtful questions about job applications, career direction, and how to stand out when applying. We answered each one candidly, providing both strategic advice and personal reflections.

Strengthening a Meaningful Partnership

Innovature’s collaboration with HUFLIT has grown stronger over the years, and this event highlighted just how aligned we are when it comes to supporting student career readiness.

We don’t view these sessions as one-off events. We see them as part of a larger mission: to create continuous, approachable, and practical engagement between employers and the next generation of talent.

Whether in-person or online, we’re always looking for ways to be present, be helpful, and be real.

A Win for Students, and for Us

The energy and questions from students made it clear that this session had a real impact. While we didn’t measure success in numbers, we saw it in the live interaction, the follow-up messages, and the genuine curiosity that students brought to the conversation.

For us, it was a valuable chance to:

• Share who we are beyond job titles and listings
• Offer a transparent view of what working life is like
• Build relationships with students who are shaping their own career journeys

And for the students, it was a chance to explore the world of work in a low-pressure, supportive environment.

Looking Ahead

This livestream reminded us that career support doesn’t have to be formal or intimidating. Sometimes, it’s just about showing up with a camera, a few honest stories, and a willingness to help.

We’re grateful to HUFLIT for partnering with us again and look forward to more creative, student-focused activities in the future. Whether in person or online, we’ll keep finding ways to support young professionals as they take their first steps into the world of work.
