Innovature was founded in 2015 with a simple idea and a small, dedicated team. Over the past 10 years, we’ve grown steadily, expanding our capabilities, scaling our operations, and building long-term partnerships with clients around the world. 

What started as a local team with big ambitions has become one of Vietnam’s leading BPO providers. Along the way, we’ve delivered value across finance, marketing, customer service, data operations, and more. We’ve helped businesses work smarter, move faster, and scale with confidence.   

Now, as we look toward the next decade, we are evolving once again. This rebrand marks a new phase in our journey, one where AI and technology play a central role in how we deliver outsourcing solutions. This rebrand reflects that evolution. It aligns our visual identity with the company we’ve become and the future we’re building.

The Logo: Clear, Confident, and Designed for Impact

Our new logo is simple yet strong. It combines a clean symbol with a distinctive wordmark that reflects forward motion, integration, and digital agility, which are qualities defining how we work with our partners.

Brand Color: Dodger Blue

One of the most visible changes in our rebrand is our transition from red to blue. Red has been with us since the early days, symbolizing the energy, passion, and ambition of a startup finding its place in the world. 

Now, we embrace Dodger Blue to mark the next chapter in our story. This vibrant shade of blue reflects not only innovation and modernity but also a sense of trust, clarity, and long-term vision. 

This shift in color is more than aesthetic; it represents the journey we’ve shared with our clients. From our early-stage enthusiasm to becoming a reliable, AI-driven outsourcing partner for global businesses, Blue illustrates where we are now: confident, capable, and future-focused. 

Dodger Blue captures our spirit: dynamic yet dependable, bold yet refined, and helps us stand out in a world driven by connection, technology, and trust. 

Our New Typography: iBrand Ligature

We’ve also introduced a custom typeface called iBrand. It features smooth, flowing letterforms that mirror the way we work: connected, intuitive, and seamless. 

Each curve and joint in the Ligature is designed to reflect the continuous flow of ideas, collaboration, and innovation. It speaks not just to how we present ourselves visually, but to how we think, create, and deliver value. 

The typeface is a visual expression of who we are: intelligent, adaptable, and always moving forward.

Back in 2015, we started as Innovature Consulting. We were a small but passionate team with a big vision to create meaningful solutions and shape better futures. With startup energy and a bold red brand, we began building something we truly believed in.

By 2021, we had grown into Innovature BPO. With more talent, deeper partnerships, and broader capabilities, we stepped confidently into the world of business process outsourcing. Our tagline, “Our Talent | Your Team,” reflected our collaborative spirit and our commitment to becoming a trusted extension of every client’s team.

Now in 2025, we are proud to introduce a new chapter in our story. With a refreshed brand identity and a new tagline, “AI-Driven Outsourcing Partner,” we are embracing the future with clarity and purpose. Our new blue tones represent innovation, trust, and a tech-forward mindset that aligns with where we are and where we are going.

Looking Ahead 

You’ll start seeing the new Innovature across all of our platforms, ranging from our website, communications, and materials to our digital presence. What matters most hasn’t changed: our dedication to our clients, our belief in smarter solutions, and our drive to lead with integrity, agility, and impact. 

In Mid September, we will be moving to a brand new office in District 1. This is the 4th time that we have to move our office to accommodate growth. From a humble start with a team of 5 in a small office in Copac in District 4, HCMC, we have grown into a 100-seat office in District 1. Growth has been a consistent theme throughout of company’s history in the last 10 years. Growth has come with lots of excitement, joy together with discomfort and imperfections; however, it’s all worth it. This office relocation is more than just a change of address; it’s a strategic step forward. It reflects Innovature’s sustainable growth and our long-term commitment to providing all Innovaturers with a modern, dynamic, and inspiring work environment.
