Innovature At Fulbright Career Day 2024: Global Talent

On April 27, 2024, Innovature BPO proudly participated in Fulbright University Vietnam’s Career Day, an event that brought together forward-thinking companies and some of the brightest young minds in the country. As always, we came with a mission, not just to share job opportunities, but to engage meaningfully with students, support their career exploration, and deepen our connection with a globally minded academic community.

Our Team on the Ground

Representing Innovature at the event were:

Together, this cross-functional group provided students with well-rounded insights from recruitment expectations to daily work experiences in operations and finance.

A Fresh Perspective for Curious Students

At Fulbright, students are known for their international outlook, critical thinking, and hunger for learning. That’s exactly why we were excited to meet them. We didn’t just show up with job descriptions. We showed up ready to share, listen, and support.

Throughout the day, our team:

• Answered student questions about working in outsourcing and client service roles
• Provided advice on how to transition from university life to a professional setting
• Shared real stories from our team’s own early-career journeys
• Introduced Innovature’s internship and full-time opportunities, especially in accounting and back-office services

Many students were curious about how Innovature supports fresh graduates. We were proud to explain that our interns aren’t just observers; they get hands-on responsibilities, mentoring from experienced team members, and clear paths to grow.

From Resume to Reality: What We Wanted Students to See

For many students, this was one of their first direct interactions with a hiring company. So we focused not just on recruitment, but on career preparation, giving honest advice about CV writing, communication in the workplace, and how to stand out without pretending to be perfect.

We shared tips on:

• Crafting a CV that highlights learning potential, not just experience
• Showing initiative during internships, even in small tasks
• Building soft skills that matter, like reliability, critical thinking, and collaboration

By keeping the conversation practical and approachable, we hoped students would leave feeling less intimidated and more ready to take the next step.
