On May 4, 2025, Innovature BPO proudly marked a significant milestone by signing a strategic partnership agreement with the University of Economics and Finance (UEF). This collaboration is more than a formality, it reflects our long-term commitment to empowering students, bridging the gap between education and employment, and building a stronger, more connected workforce for the future.

The signing ceremony was attended by Ms. Lucia Le, Innovature’s Talent Acquisition and Management Manager, who has been at the heart of our campus engagement efforts from the start.

What This Partnership Means

At its core, this partnership is about opening doors for students. Through this agreement, Innovature and UEF will work closely to:

• Expand internship and job opportunities for UEF students across a range of disciplines
• Collaborate on training and research initiatives to bring industry insights into the classroom
• Support social responsibility programs, helping students build not only technical skills but also a deeper awareness of community and ethical leadership

In short, this partnership gives UEF students more chances to grow, explore, and succeed — both inside and outside the university environment.

Why We’re Doing This
